Welcome to 11th IEEE International Smart Cities Conference (ISC2 ), the flagship IEEE conference for Smart Cities, sponsored by the IEEE Smart Cities Community and the IEEE Power & Energy Society. The 11th ISC2 conference will be held at Patras, Greece, organized by the Industrial Systems Institute, Athena RC, and the Computer Technology Institute & Press “Diophantus”.
ISC2 features keynotes, plenary sessions, panels, industry exhibits, paper and poster presentations, as well as tutorials by leading experts on smart cities. Researchers, practitioners, and students worldwide are invited to submit their work to be presented at the conference and discuss the latest trends and innovative approaches for smart cities.
The theme of the conference this year is “Resilient and Sustainable Smart Communities”. ISC2 2025 will comprise the following tracks:

The University of Patras Conference and Cultural Centre
The main scope of Conference and Cultural Centre is the organisation of conferences, symposia, seminars, musical, theatrical and other cultural events, in co-operation with the Municipality of Patras, the Ministry of Culture and other Institutions such as the Music Hall of Athens, the National Opera House, the National Theatre, regional theatres etc., as well as the assignment of its premises, after the submission and acceptance of an application, to public or private entities for organising similar events, according to the rules and regulations under which it will be operating.
