During registration, please note the following.
Type of registration
- All “Main Conference” categories include: Attendance at main Conference (October 7th-9th), Copy of Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches on all days, Conference T-Shirt, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
- All ” Workshop/Tutorial ” categories include: Attendance at all Workshops/Tutorials (October 6th), Copy of Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Conference T-Shirt and Welcome Reception.
- All ” Workshop/Tutorial + Main Conference” categories include: Attendance at main Conference (October 7th-9th) and all Workshops/Tutorials (October 6th), Copy of Proceedings, Coffee Breaks, Lunches on all days, Conference T-Shirt, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
- As IEEE Participating Societies for ISC2-2025 are considered the following:
- IEEE Smart Cities
- IEEE Industry Applications Society
- IEEE Power & Energy Society
- IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems Society
- IEEE Council on Electronic Design Automation
- IEEE Council on RFID
Registration for authors
- The publication of any type of Main Conference paper requires a non-student or student registration for “Main Conference” or “Workshop/Tutorial + Main Conference”. Non-student registration can cover at most two (2) papers and student registration can cover at most one (1) paper.
- The publication of any type of Workshops paper requires a non-student or student registration for ” Workshop/Tutorial ” or “Workshop/Tutorial + Main Conference”. Non-student registration can cover at most two (2) papers and student registration can cover at most one (1) paper.
Additional events and services
- Transportation from Athens Airport to Patras by Private transfer. For more comfort and convenience, private transfers can be arranged from Athens Airport directly to Patras. This option offers door-to-door service, flexibility in timing, and a hassle-free journey. This is often the most suitable choice when flight arrival or departure times are very early or very late, ensuring reliable transportation regardless of your schedule.
- Excursion to Ancient Olympia (October 8th, 2025). An excursion will be organized for Ancient Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. In the 10th century B.C., Olympia became a center for the worship of Zeus. The Altis (sanctuary to the gods) has one of the highest concentrations of masterpieces from the ancient Greek world. In addition to temples, there are remains of all the sports structures erected for the Olympic Games, held in Olympia beginning in 776 B.C.
Both of these services will be organized in communication with the Conference Secretariat and they depend on the persons that will show interest.
